Art 5 (6) – Derogation concerning the maximum period for identifying the equine animal

No derogation.

Equidae born in Estonia shall be identified before 31 December of the year of birth or within six months following the date of birth, whatever date occurs later.

Art 7 (2) – Derogation concerning the identification of certain equidae living under wild or semi-wild conditions

No derogation.

Art 12 (4) – Alternative methods for identity verifications

No derogation.

At the time it is first identified, the equine animal is actively marked by the implantation of a transponder.

Art 14 (2) – Derogation for certain movements and transport without or with simplified identification documents

No derogation.
